AquaLink connects you with verified water suppliers. Prices are set by individual suppliers based on your location, volume, and water type. A 15% service fee is automatically added at checkout. You will always see your full total before confirming payment — no hidden charges.
The final price of your order depends on several factors:
• Water Type — Potable, Agricultural, or Industrial water are priced differently by suppliers.
• Volume — The amount of water you need directly affects the total cost.
• Location — Distance from the supplier to your delivery address affects logistics costs.
• Priority Level — Emergency and Urgent orders may attract higher rates than Standard orders.
AquaLink charges a flat 15% service fee on every transaction. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing, order coordination, and customer support. The service fee is always included in the final total shown at checkout — you will never be charged anything extra after confirming your order.
What you see at checkout is what you pay. Delivery costs are included in the supplier's price. There are no surprise fees, no extra delivery charges, and no charges after payment is made.
AquaLink accepts all major payment methods through Paystack — including debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
