We collect your name, email address, organization name, country, and payment details when you register on AquaLink. We also collect booking data, delivery records, and platform interaction history.
Your information is used to process and manage water bookings, send booking confirmations and delivery updates, match you with verified water suppliers, process payments securely, and improve our platform and services.
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. AquaLink does not store your full card details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your information only with: assigned water suppliers (name and delivery destination only), our payment processor (Paystack), and regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and access-controlled databases to protect your information.
