Refund Policy

Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Your booking is cancelled before a supplier has been assigned.
• No verified supplier is available for your location or volume requirement.
• Delivery is not completed within 48 hours of the agreed date for Emergency-priority orders.
• The booking was made in error and reported within 1 hour of placement.

⚠️ Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

• The volume of water delivered is less than the volume booked and paid for.
• The water quality does not meet the agreed standard (potable, agricultural, etc.), verified by our team.
In these cases, a refund proportional to the undelivered or substandard portion will be processed.

No Refund

No refund will be issued if:

• Delivery was completed as specified in the booking.
• The recipient was unavailable at the delivery location at the agreed time.
• Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
• The cancellation request is made after the supplier has been dispatched for Standard or Urgent bookings.

🔄 Disputes Between Buyers and Vendors

If a dispute arises between a buyer and a supplier, AquaLink will act as the intermediary. Funds held by the platform will not be disbursed to the supplier until the dispute is resolved. To raise a dispute, email aqualink79@gmail.com with your Booking ID and a description of the issue within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

⏱️ How to Request a Refund

Email aqualink79@gmail.com with your Booking ID and the reason for your refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
