🚚 How Delivery Works

AquaLink is an online marketplace — we are not a fulfilment centre. Water products are delivered directly from the assigned third-party vendor (water supplier) to the customer's specified delivery location. AquaLink coordinates and tracks the delivery but does not physically handle the water.

📍 Delivery Areas

AquaLink currently serves customers across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. Available delivery areas depend on the verified suppliers in our network. If no supplier is available in your region, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are based on the priority level selected at booking:

Emergency — 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Urgent — 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard — 7 to 14 business days after payment confirmation.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability and location accessibility.

💳 Shipping Costs

Delivery costs are included in the booking price displayed at checkout. There are no hidden delivery fees. The price you pay is the total amount — AquaLink retains a 15% platform fee and disburses 85% to the supplier upon confirmed delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your booking is confirmed and paid, you can track its status in real time from your AquaLink dashboard. Status updates include: Pending, Active (supplier assigned), In Transit, and Completed.

📧 Delivery Issues

If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately at aqualink79@gmail.com with your Booking ID. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours, including issuing a refund where applicable under our Refund Policy.
