By accessing or using AquaLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
AquaLink is an online marketplace that connects water suppliers with consumers including NGOs, governments, and communities. We facilitate bookings and payment collection on behalf of vendors, but the fulfilment and physical delivery of water is the responsibility of the assigned supplier.
Users agree to provide accurate registration and delivery information, ensure delivery locations are accessible at the agreed time, and pay for bookings in full before dispatch. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent bookings, may result in account suspension.
Verified suppliers agree to deliver water as specified in the booking — correct volume, water type, and destination. Suppliers must maintain quality standards. Failure to fulfil confirmed orders may result in removal from the platform and withholding of payment.
All payments are collected by AquaLink via Paystack on behalf of the water vendor. AquaLink charges a 15% platform fee on each transaction. Suppliers receive 85% of the order value, disbursed within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. No funds are stored permanently on the platform — there are no user or vendor wallets.
Cancellations are free before a supplier has been assigned to your booking. After supplier assignment, a cancellation fee may apply. Emergency bookings cannot be cancelled once the supplier has been dispatched. To cancel, email aqualink79@gmail.com with your Booking ID.
AquaLink acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not liable for delays or quality issues caused by the supplier, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
